All of our rooms offer ensuite facilities, have amazing views across Little Loch Broom and surrounding areas including in some rooms the view of the mountain range of An Teallach . Our rooms are warm, clean, comfortable and have free WIFI however televisions are only available in some rooms. our aim is to ensure our guests have a happy and enjoyable stay with us at a price that’s affordable. Occasionally, guests ask about the slight discoloration in our water supply. It is known as "Peaty Water", as flowing through peat soil provides a level of natural filtration. Beyond this natural filtration, we also put our water through many filters and checks, once it runs into our supply. Our water is safe to drink and bathe in. What we don't do is add chlorine, or any other chemicals

We can now offer Bunk House style rooms - These rooms are on a mixed share basis, containing two sets of adult size bunk beds sleeping four persons. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and has free WIFI. Guests need to provide their own sleeping bags/bedding. The rooms are basic, we can provide towels, soap etc at an extra cost. the bar is open from 5pm and guests can have an evening meal if they so wish. Guests can also book in for breakfast. Group bookings are welcomed with a maximum of 16 persons. There are no cooking facilities however we have a coffee shop that sells a selection of snacks, cakes, and other home bakes
